Product General
This product is a kind of efficient concrete water reducing agent without generating a bubble that withβ-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde high condensation polymer as the main components, it is not retard and generat a bubble, it's dense performence is good. It can reduce water cement ratio and greatly improving the early and late strength of concrete.It can be used in the preparation of high flow state, high strength, high permeability of the high performance concrete and the premixed concrete. This product implement GB8076-2008, GB18588-2001 standard.
II. Function of Product
1.This product has obvious decrease water dispersion effect, it's water reducing rate was up to18% - 28%, under the condition of the low water cement ratio, it can increase the liquidity between cement slurry and concrete batch.
2.Keep the water cement ratio unchanged, it can greatly improve the concrete and easy performence. It not only can improve the fluidity of concrete but also no exudation segregated. It can improve the reinforcement and the grip of concrete so that the surface of concrete become smooth.
3.Keep the original strength in the condition of constant, powder mixing cement dosage of 0.5% - 1.2% can save cement 15% - 25%.
4. This product has obvious early strength enhancement effect. Powder mixing cement dosage of 0.25% to 1.5%, in the same cement dosage and slump conditions, concrete one day strength increased by 50% - 120%, three days strength increased by 40% - 100%, seven days strength increased by 30% - 80%, twenty eight days strength increased by 25% - 75%, and later strength sustained growth.
5. This product is not retard and generat a bubble, and has extensive adaptability for cement. It can improve the physics of concrete performance, reduce the cement hydration heat, obviously improving the impermeable performance of concrete, there is no effect for shrinkage of the concrete.
6. This product can be made slump for 5 cm - 7 cm of C80 high-strength concrete, and slump to 18 cm - 20 centimeters of C60 high-strength concrete.
7. You can employ concrete of high durability, impermeable concrete, and composite use with micro foaming agent, you can employ high freezing and thawing concrete, freezing-thawing resisting of the concrete can up to more than 300 times, it also can be made high carbonization concrete, etc.
